Professor Themis Prodromakis, visited the University of Ghana in Accra to discuss educational prospects, across all ages, and give a lecture on nanotechnology.   

Professor Prodromakis stated "Ghana has been tremendously inspiring. The spirit of these amazing people can perhaps be best captured in a quote by Dr Kwame Nkrumah (1st president of Ghana): 'We face neither East nor West; we face forward'".
